Mohammad Reza Gharib is a Ph.D. candidate at GALCIT where he works under the supervision of Profesor Anthony Leonard, and working closely with Professors Morteza Gharib and Anatol Roshko on bluff body wakes and specifically vortex-induced vibration and vortex lock-in. Mohammad Gharib obtained his bachelor and masters degrees in Mechanical engineering from Caltech. His research background includes experimental fluid physics, numerical analysis, dynamics.
