Major Research Activities

Particle-laden turbulent flows experiment & numerical simulation

Convective heat transfer with recent emphasis on rapid prototyping experimentation

Three dimensional bl's, separated flows, and other non-equilibrium boundary layers

Unsteady aerodynamics flows

Closed-loop surface temperature control using scanned lasers and IR camera feedback
