Carlos Pantano

Carlos Pantano did his undergraduate studies in Spain, then received a Master in Applied Mathematics from Ecole Centrale, Paris. At UC San Diego he completed his Ph.D. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, focusing on compressible, reactive shear flows. After one year at ONERA in Paris as a postdoctoral engineer, he came to Caltech to work as a postdoctoral scholar in the ASCI program.
